Terms of Service
By purchasing or using our IP. TV service, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of Cloud9 FreedomTV, including trial users and paid subscribers.
1. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refund requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of the original purchase date. No refunds will be issued after this window, regardless of usage or technical issues.
Trial accounts, discounted plans, and promotional offers are non-refundable. By completing a payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
2. Modification of Subscription Plans & Device Limits
Cloud9 FreedomTV reserves the right to modify subscription plans at any time, including the number of devices permitted under any plan, in order to maintain service quality, comply with technical requirements, or address system changes.
If such modifications reduce the number of devices available on your active subscription, we will issue a prorated refund for any affected devices based on the remaining time in your subscription term. Alternatively, at our discretion, we may offer equivalent value through discounted renewal rates or plan adjustments.
Service interruptions, shutdowns, or migrations to new systems may also require plan modifications. While we are not obligated to provide additional service time or compensation, we may, on a goodwill basis, extend offers or adjustments to affected subscribers as deemed reasonable.
3. Service Disclaimer
Cloud9 FreedomTV works in partnership with third-party IP. TV providers. As such, we do not own or control the servers delivering the content. We provide access to content on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
- We are not responsible for service interruptions, blackouts, buffering, or downtime caused by upstream providers.
- Channel availability may change without notice based on provider limitations.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure optimal performance, customers are responsible for the following:
- Maintaining a high-speed internet connection (minimum recommended: 100 Mbps).
- Ensuring device compatibility and completing proper installation of supported apps.
- Understanding that some ISPs may block or throttle IP. TV traffic, which is beyond our control.
If performance issues arise from customer-side limitations (e.g., device, internet, VPN, or ISP blocking), refunds or service credits will not be issued.
5. Resale & Account Sharing
Account sharing and unauthorized reselling are strictly prohibited.
- Only approved resellers with written permission may promote or sell Cloud9 FreedomTV services.
- Unauthorized resale or mass account sharing will result in immediate suspension without refund.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first is a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to:
- Block accounts involved in fraudulent chargebacks.
- Report abuse to payment processors.
- Pursue legal action or debt recovery if necessary.
7. Stability & Credit Policy
Cloud9 FreedomTV strives to maintain stable, uninterrupted access to all supported platforms and services. In the rare event of a system-wide service disruption, we may provide a one-time courtesy replacement for affected accounts that were created or renewed within the past 90 days.
No replacements or refunds will be issued for subscriptions older than 90 days, as those accounts have already received the majority of their service time. This policy ensures long-term fairness and financial sustainability across our network.
8. Acceptance
By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. It is the user’s responsibility to review them periodically.
